This newly built villa has a stunning pool and a beautiful view of the Dalmatian islands and the city of Split. It is located above the beautiful town of Podstrana, 10 km from the center of Split and 14 km from the town of Omiš. It is 2 km from the beach, restaurants and shops. The property covers an area of 240 m2 and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The capacity of the villa is 8 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room, 2 triple bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the pool (36m2). The property is located on a slope with a beautiful view of the sea and the Adriatic islands. From Podstrana, you can drive to Krka National Park and many coastal towns such as Omiš, Trogir, Baška Voda and Makarska in less than an hour.
