Outdoor highlights at home include a large back balcony, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and dining alfresco any time of the day. Spend evenings enjoying each other’s company on the patio downstairs, Soaking in the hot tub or grilling out, you’ll find a family room with a streaming-capable TV on each level, plus a game room downstairs that the whole family will love, featuring darts, a pool table, air hockey, and an arcade game. The chef will love the spacious, full kitchen, and little helpers can perch at the barstools to supervise. At mealtime there’s plenty of room for everyone around the adjacent dining table. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
