Lovely property. I definitely recommend, this was a ski trip and we really enjoyed. It’s really close to camelback. About 30 minutes. Such an easy access. Easy self check in and Gate QR codes were easy to use. We had no hidden fees and it was super affordable. We loved it, we will definitely book for next year ski trip

The host was so accommodating and checked in multiple times. We did notice that the one living room chair was broken, so we stayed off of it. But there were enough other seats for everyone to sit. The firepit was wonderful!

The house was very comfortable for our 3 generations of family. The adults enjoyed very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The children loved the balconies and watching the deer from them. We all enjoyed the hot tub! The house is well situated-a short walk to a playground and pool and a short drive to the lake which the children loved the best. Hope to return next year.

Pocono stay

House was nice. Got checked in a little later than originally planned due to previous guests staying later. Cleaning woman was very kind and attentive. House was nice and as advertised. Would have been nice to have some basic seasonings and condiments in the house as I have had with previous places I have stayed. Community is a little far from anything in the area but very nice. Pools and lakes were great. Avantstay was very good to communicate with throughout the entire time!

The house was great and large enough for a large family gathering. My guests were complimentary of the kitchen and bathroom provisions that were provided. It was convenient to the lake, pool, and other local activities. We took advantage of the large deck and fire pit area. The rental agents were easy to communicate with and were very responsive to questions and replacement items.

Mom's 60th Birthday

Good value for cost. Host was very responsive and quick to help meet any needs that arose. We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be cleaned and well taken care of. However, it was strange that all the items in the property were glued down? I understand that things may get stolen from time to time, but it was inconvenient to not be able to move a book or decorate vase to use a table/coffee table/etc.

Very happy with our stay.

Overall, Me and my family were extremely happy and enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had separate HVAC units in each room which was a bonus. Lots of amenities and activities for the family to enjoy in the community, especially during the summer months.
