The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great location and had beautiful views from the spacious high-ceilinged rooms. It did have many stairs but that gave us privacy and a quiet stay.

The house was spacious, tidy and fully equipped, nice view especially the sunrise from living window. Was a bit confused with entrace as is at the back with access from back street, but if you follow the instructions from the welcome form is very clear. Close to centre of Plymouth.it was a lovely mini holiday.
