My kids loved the hot tub! The house was incredibly clean. It’s a beautiful old New England home - exactly what we wanted. Although the pool wasn’t heating and was full of fall leaves, we still really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others!

The reservation was cancelled 2 hours before check in. Owner never reached out to let me know property had been damaged and they pulled the reservation. VRBO stepped in and assisted getting us all hotel rooms but no-one was proactive before our arrival to Massachusetts.

Stated two nights for a wedding, got what we paid for. Communication was good and listing was accurate. Hot tub water was very low so we did not use it. Mold in upstairs bathroom. Paint peeling throughout the house. One mattress was incredibly firm, rest were fine. Overall happy with the stay for the price.
