During our stay the hot tub was broken and yellow. We were at the mill falls marketplace. The fitness room did not have a working treadmill and all the other equipment was dirty. When we signed up to do S’mores it was not clear where to go to do them. There are no staff working at any desks so we texted the virtual assistant. There were dirty towels every where in the pool area on the floor tables chairs etc. we did have a lovely dinner at the lake house.

Excellent hotel. Loved the pool and the fact that they have 4 EV chargers located right next to the hotel. Very much appreciated having the chargers on the property. Will certainly be staying there again.

I booked my room on Expedia. Was suppose to have a lake view room with a balcony when I went to check in they said that that was not the room they could give me and offered no resolution. The room we received has no balcony or lake view.
