The bathtub floor was dangerously slick! I pulled my groin muscle and lower back trying to keep my balance. There needs to be a floor mat inside the tub floor

The hotel has been renovated so it’s in great shape in comparison to the other hotels around. The pool needs to be updated though. It looks old and dirty. The staff is very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good, pancakes, toast, bagels, eggs, sausages, coffee, juice, fruit…will stay again!

Rooms have been renovated so the hotel looks much better than before. I’d say it’s one of the cleanest too in the area! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great!

Lobby area was nice. Room/bath layout was good. Bath needed some attention to finishes & cleanliness. Fan was coming out of the ceiling and poor tile work/patching. Pillows needed replaced due to their odor. Breakfast was just standard fare. Pool really needed a deep cleaning. Would not even consider going in for a swim. There aren’t too many choices in this area, and in the future I will choose a longer drive to stay at a nicer/cleaner place.

Front desk staff, lobby, and fitness room were AMAZING and very accomodating. Cleanliness of the room was pretty good also. However, some of the main room doors had been pryed open in the past and nothing was done to replace or repair them, leaving visible gaps between the door jamb and door. People walking in the hallway could see right in if they wanted to. You can tell this particular location is in need of a high quality remodel. Additionally, professionalism is a must from all positions. We were trying to get in our room and the housekeepers were audibly complaining about our block of rooms requesting late check outs and not leaving until 2:00. Yes, a slight inconvenienece and we understand, but we're in town for a baseball tournament, we didn't know when we would play the next day until almost 10:00PM the night before. Overall, a comfortable stay, and we would book here again.
