A tourist furnished, 5 stars, classified by the Ministry of Tourism, for your exclusive use as a temporary tenant. The villa is designed to accommodate 6 to 8 people and your visitors. Of traditional aspect for its facade of granite stones, it is resolutely modern by its equipments. Its indoor pool is heated, equipped with swimming countercurrent, an aqua bike. South-facing, it is a farmhouse in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Nicolas-des-Eaux. The view overlooks the site of Castennec and the garden of 3000m ² raised and flowered, closed, privatized, equipped with furniture, spaces arranged bowling games, palets, badminton. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed. The beds are made for your arrival, towels included. The mattresses and pillows are protected by mattresses and removable covers Two pillows per person, a duvet per bed and a blanket.
Communication equipment: internet, TV Canalsat, landline telephone, Hi-Fi.
Kitchen and household equipment: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, steamer, beaters, crockery, utensils. Table linen (towel and tablecloth) and tea towel provided. Vacuum cleaner and common household equipment, cleaning products made available.

Nous avons passé le réveillon de la nouvelle année dans la maison de Mr & Mme le Ficher. Un excellent moment qui a permis passé au sein de la maison. la maison dispose de plusieurs chambres et couchage, tout était propre et bien rangé, nous nous somme senti très bien accueilli. La maison est bien équipé au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, et permet de bien faire à manger pour un petit groupe. La véranda et la piscine sont un vrai plus dans cette maison ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Jeanne. Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme chez soi, rien ne maque. Les propriétaires nous ont apporté toutes les informations au moment de la réservation ainsi que pendant le séjour. La maison est agréable, située dans quartier très calme et proche des axes routiers afin de visiter les alentours. La piscine est un vrai plus malgrés le froid extérieur que nous avons eu en ce début mars.

Ces quelques jours passés dans cette charmante maison, au calme, nous ont permis de faire une parenthèse agréable pour nous ressourcer en changeant un peu d’air. La propriété est belle, bien entretenue et ne manque de rien. La piscine a été appréciée. Après un moment de stupeur en découvrant «aucun réseau » sur les téléphones, la gente masculine a été rassurée par l’existence de la connexion internet 😅 Cette location est sans nulle doute encore plus agréable au printemps/été avec les nombreuses balades alentours. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et répondent à toutes nos questions. Merci !

Explications claires permettant un accès autonome à la maison. Maison à l’intérieur moderne bien rénové, grande piscine chauffée, très agréable en octobre. Vaste jardin avec pommiers et terrain de boule. La maison est bien située, au calme, de belles balades pédestres au bord du Blavet. 4 belles chambres, literie de bonne qualité. Peut-être manque-t-il un peu de couverts pour 7 personnes. Excellent séjour

Vacances ressourçantes

Nichée dans un joli petit village au bord du Blavet, cette maison bretonne traditionnelle, très bien équipée et dotée d’une piscine intérieure aux dimensions plus que satisfaisantes, a fait la joie de toute notre famille. A l’intérieur, aucun équipement ne manque, à l’extérieur un grand terrain avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre. Aux alentours, beaucoup d’endroits à découvrir, qu’il s’agisse de se rendre vers le golf du Morbihan ou la forêt de Broceliandre, les voies rapides sont facilement accessibles de la maison sans en avoir les nuisances. Quant au village, typique calme et charmant , on y trouve une crêperie délicieuse, des habitants chaleureux, une écluse, le Blavet et ses chemins de halages, une chapelle et sa jolie fontaine classée. Bref, très bon séjour, à conseiller sans réserve.

Belles vacances

Très belle région dans un secteur où de nombreuses activités et excursions sont proposées. La maison est aussi belle et aussi bien équipée qu'indiqué dans votre annonce et même au delà avec un magnifique jardin et cerise sur le gâteau : la piscine.
