Cocoonr agency offers this charming 98 m² house in Plozévet to rent for up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a 45 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Mezzanine sleeping area with 2 single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 45 m² private garden (not enclosed), south-east facing, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plozévet, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the town's public car parks.
