There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV with 42 inch TV with Chromecast, high-speed mesh Wifi, a coffee maker, and air conditioning in every room. The apartment is 110 Sq. meters large (around 11 hundred Sq. Feet). Hangers, hair dryer, iron and iron board are also available. There is a desk, fully equipped kitchen with all possible amenities and a robotic vacuum for your convenience. If you like spaciousness and light you will love this apartment. There is also a bidet installed in one of the bathrooms. Guest access: The building was built in 2016 and is wheelchair accessible, however there are small steps to enter the two bathrooms. It has an elevator (lift) and no steps between the entrance of the building and the apartment itself. Interaction with guests: You will have the entire apartment to yourself!
