Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the living room, living room, SAS with separate WC, bathroom with shower. Floor: Landing leading to 2 small bedrooms with 1 box bed of 140X200 and 2 beds of 90X200 (can be combined on prior request from the owners). Enclosed space of 200 m² with terrace of 24 m² at the back of the gite. Unenclosed common courtyard with the owners who live on site. Nicely renovated independent gîte, located in a cul-de-sac near the owners' home and a third-party organic vegetable farm. This cottage will seduce you with its geographical location, close to Lannion and Yaudet (classified site) 7 km away, from the famous seaside resort of Perros-Guirec on the Côte de Granit Rose 15 km away (beach, casino, restaurants, shops , the visit of the 7 Islands by boat). You will reach the various beaches of Beg Leguer at 5 km, of Locquemeau at 6 km or the beach of Yaudet at 7 km. For your hikes, the GR34 is 7 km from the gîte, which will take you to Locquirec. Only 7 km from the center of Lannion, historic town, capital of Trégor and gateway to the Pink Granite Coast. Book quickly in this charming region of Côtes d'Armor!
