From this bedroom, you access the 2nd floor (attic converted into a relaxation-games lounge). From the kitchen, 2nd staircase leading to 2 other bedrooms: one enjoying a beautiful view of the Jaudy (1 160x200 bed), the other (2 90x190 beds) opening onto the terrace, WC. Exteriors: terrace, flowered and furnished areas accessible by a few steps from the living room. Private parking 50m from the gîte (for 2 vehicles). It is also possible to park along the street or in the port car park 50m away. Charming house in the heart of the village of La Roche Jaune, a small picturesque port on the banks of the Jaudy. The interior is nicely furnished with a subtle mix of old and contemporary furniture: you feel good there! And what a view! In the immediate vicinity of the gîte (50 m), enjoy Jaudy and its small beach where you can swim only at high tide. For a larger beach and easier swimming, do not hesitate to reach the beaches of Plougrescant (6km) or Penvenan (8km). On site, you access the GR 34: ideal for hikers! In July and August, just 100 m from the gîte, an oyster farmer offers you an oyster tasting in the port: a real treat... Welcome to l'Echappée Belle: a lovely holiday home with a breathtaking view of the Jaudy, very close to the GR 34, an oyster hut and a picturesque café open in season... The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player.
