Private parking on the property behind the new gate (possibility of parking 2 vehicles) and in the garden: possibility of storing bicycles in a small outbuilding. Detached house on a partially enclosed 800 m² plot. This independent cottage located in a small cul-de-sac in the town of Plouguiel, will allow you to travel between the Pink Granite Coast (20 km) and Paimpol (17 km), without forgetting the visit of the Island of Bréhat (21 km). You can also discover the towns of Tréguier, a small town of character 1.5 km away or Plougrescant 6 km away with its famous chasm and its many small beaches. When you return from your visits or your beach afternoons, you will appreciate the large garden that this cottage offers you facing the fields as well as its very bright and pleasant veranda. Detached single-story house where your pets are welcome.

Tout s'est très bien passé.Le logement est parfaitement situé par rapport à de nombreux jolis endroits, et très bien équipé.Quelle que soit la météo, on a surtout apprécié la véranda!
