Villa Aezhenn is a charming seasonal rental, completely renovated in 2017.
Ideally located on the tip of Pen An Theven and very close to Porsmeur beach, your rental has a prime location.
This bright and comfortable villa was built in the 1960s on a 450m2 enclosed garden. It was renovated in 2017 to offer great benefits, you will fully enjoy your stay in Plouescat. You will enjoy a sea or bay view from every window of the house, and of course from the terrace.

With a capacity of up to 8 people, it is an ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends.
Our villa consists of a large living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Outside, you will have a terrace with sea view and a large garden.
Upstairs are the living room and the terrace access to the sea side. In the extension, a toilet (independent) with hand basin and a bedroom with toilet space (sink and mirror) have been fitted.
On the ground floor are the main entrance, a large bedroom, a shower room, a WC (independent) with washbasin, the laundry room. Access to the extension will allow you to go to a bedroom and another bathroom.

The living room.
Located on the first floor of your vacation rental, the bright living room of 45m2 enjoys views of the sea and the bay. It includes the living room, the dining room and the fully equipped open kitchen, as well as access to the terrace.
Decorated in a warm and refined style, you will feel at home. Its equipment includes:
Sitting area: 1 3-seater sofa, 1 2-seater sofa, 2 50s-style rattan armchairs, a coffee table, HD TV, Blu-Ray player, Bluetooth Hi-Fi system.
Dining area: a large table 6 people extendable to 10 people
The kitchen is fully equipped as new with the greatest comfort:
Appliances: dishwasher 14 place settings, large fridge / freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, fan oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, raclette machine, etc.
Crockery & utensils: complete equipment for 12 people (plates, stemware, water glasses, cups, etc.), stock pots, dishes, utensils, etc.

The ground floor bedroom consists of a double bed 160 * 200, bedside tables, a wardrobe with wardrobe, and access to a bathroom en suite (Italian shower, sink, towel dryer).

To accommodate the tribes, the large bedroom consists of 3 beds 80 * 190 (which can be joined to create a 160 * 200 bed), 3 bedside tables, a dressing room, a chest of drawers and a TV with Blu-Ray player. You will have the possibility of adding an additional bed (70 * 190) or a cot (available).

The bathroom
A large bathroom with a double sink cabinet, a large Italian shower of 120 * 80, a towel dryer. Changing mat and baby bath are also available.

The laundry room.
This room is both the technical room and a fully equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer, ironing board, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning and maintenance equipment.
