Summary:

Welcome to TY DUNES, a lovely typical stone house located in the heart of the Tréompan dunes with direct access to the beach.



The Space:

As soon as you enter, you will be struck by the magnificent sea view of the living room. The large viewing room consists of a cosy living room with its fireplace, ideal for convivial moments, a bright dining room and the open kitchen, perfectly equipped. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bathroom with a bathtub and toilets.



Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, which features a queen-size bed (160x200), offering a relaxing and comfortable space with a view of the garden.

A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Guten Tag Hier mein Feedback: Empfang: hat gut geklappt, Kommunikation mit Sébastien war gut. Haus: Lage, Aussicht sehr schön. Im Internet hat es Bilder von einem Zimmer im 1. Stock das geschlossen war. Verständlich, aber bitte nicht so präsentieren wenn man es nicht benützen kann. Bei Ankunft waren die Böden, die Dusche und das Bad gereinigt aber alles noch tropfnass. Die Reinigung war allerdings für unsere Ansprüche und den bezahlten Preis total ungenügend. Diverse Küchengeräte waren wohl schon länger nicht benutzt worden und für uns unbrauchbar da total schmutzig. Einen Staubsauger haben wir gefunden. Der war aber in einem furchtbar schmutzigen Zustand. Für uns unbrauchbar. Überall hat es noch Haustierhaare gehabt und die Tiere waren geruchmässig noch präsent. Kurz: furchtbar. Wir haben alles was wir brauchen wollten selber gereinigt und die Böden mit selbst gekauften Geräten geputzt. Alles andere haben wir auf die Seite gestellt und nicht benutzt. Nachdem wir das Haus auf unsere Ansprüche gebracht haben konnten wir unsere Zeit doch noch geniessen. Schön, dass es ein Klavier hat. Braucht aber dringend einen Stimmservice. Emplacement au top !

Un emplacement incroyable avec son accès direct à la plage. Nous étions bien au chaud pour profiter de la belle vue sur mer en dégustant les bonnes crêpes offertes :)
