Breton farmhouse, comfortable, independent, facing south in a hamlet, 3 km from the town of Plouaret, 15 km from Plestin les Grèves, 20 km from Lannion and 30 km from Guingamp. You will appreciate this village rich in heritage: 300m from the manor of Guernachanay, several chapels and fountains. Located near the town of Lanvellec you can visit the castle of Rosambo. Nearby: shops (3km), beaches (15km), golf (15km), swimming pool (20km) and hiking. Charging electric vehicles.
