Located in Lomeneur, the Clos du Bois d'Amour residence enjoys an ideal location 10m from shops and 50m from the beaches. This pleasant and modern 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. It comprises a spacious living room with warm furnishings and decor opening onto a balcony with a distant sea view, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The hallway has a closet, as do the two bedrooms, shower room, and separate WC. A significant advantage of the apartment is the inclusion of two private parking spaces and a private bicycle storage area.
