This authentic, light-filled stone house is perfect for family getaways or holidays with friends, just steps from the ocean.



The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. It features three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and a third with a 120 cm bed, ideal for one adult or two children. The living areas are warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings.



Outside, enjoy a pleasant wooden terrace—ideal for summer evenings with drinks or a barbecue, surrounded by greenery and peace.



Located just minutes from the sandy beaches of Ploemeur, this house is a great base to enjoy water sports: surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, and diving. Nature lovers will appreciate the coastal trails, hidden coves, and cycling routes through the Breton countryside.



Lorient is only a 10-minute drive away, offering markets, a lively port, museums (including the Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly), and plenty of restaurants. In summer, don’t miss the Interceltic Festival, a highlight of the region.
