Globalement, le logement est spacieux et calme avec un beau jardin. C’est assez fonctionnel mais il manque un vrai canapé pour s’installer en famille. La maison dégage une vrai âme positive. La salle de bain et toilette sont propre, même si les joints de la cabines de douche auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement. L’hôte a été réactif dans nos échanges et agréable. Les jeux extérieur et jeu de sociétés sont complet et permettent de passer des bons moments. Très satisfait du séjour.

beau gîte spacieux avec jardin situé dans un endroit calme et apaisant où il règne une douceur de vie mais éloigné du centre ville et des plages . La maison est grande mais un peu sombre à l'intérieur , 4 grandes chambres

Belle maison type familiale. L'annonce correspond tout à fait à ce que nous avons trouvé : deux grandes chambres au premier étage puis deux chambres d'enfants au deuxième avec 5 lits en 90. La maison est située à un quart d'heure de St Malo, ce qui est parfait pour les balades, et à cinq minutes de Dinard, donc aussi parfait pour la plage. La propriétaire est adorable et a toujours répondu présente quand j'avais une demande à lui faire. On a trouvé tout ce qu'il fallait pour vivre une semaine en terme de vaisselle et de matériel de cuisson. Nous sommes ravis.

We au calme proche Saint Malo

Une maison simple mais familiale et agréable qui répondait à nos critères principaux. Toutefois elle n'a pas été préparée pour accueillir sans doute les premiers locataires de la saison. Nous n'avons eu ni eau chaude ni chauffage du à l'absence de propane dans la cuve. Un manque d'anticipation qui a gâché notre séjour au vu de la météo très fraîche. Le jardin aurait pu être tondu également en amont. C'est dommage car bon contact avec la propriétaire et la maison, très au calme, est située idéalement pour visiter Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinart.

Eine Woche auf dem Land in der Nähe von Dinard

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön,wie auch die Umgebung, die zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Was stört ist die Feuchtigkeit im Haus die man riecht.

Un lindo lugar, con dificultades para instalarse

Tuvimos dificultades a la llegada. Llaves, agua caliente , dificil comunicación con la propietaria. No es posible que cobren 90 euros por sábanas y toallas, y no hubiera una sola toalla de cara. Despues de salvados estos temas la casa funcionó. La casa es muy linda y esta buen puesta

Séjour au calme

Séjour de 4 nuits. Maison agréable après avoir régler des déboires de chauffage, eau chaude et chasse d'eau.... La propriétaire n'étant pas sur place, n'en savait rien avant notre arrivée mais à trouvé une solution rapidement. Village très calme, c'est appréciable. Proche de Dinard, Dinan, St Malo.
