Located in the heart of Pleurtuit, this 75 m² duplex apartment with mezzanine is on the second and top floor of a modern residence. It features a comfortable living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with toilets. Up to 7 guests can stay here, with the option to set up a large mattress in the mezzanine.



The apartment is well-equipped, pleasant, quiet, and very bright.



You will have access to an underground garage (private box with outlets and lighting) with 3 bikes (mountain and hybrid), 2 Trixie bike trailers, helmets, golf clubs (driving range less than 5 minutes away by car in Trémereuc), and wetsuits, all available for your use.



A temporary parking spot inside the residence is also available (15 minutes). Free public parking spaces are available around the building.



The rental is close to beaches, less than 5 km from Dinard and Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, 30 km from Cap Fréhel, and 20 km from Saint-Cast Le Guildo. Enjoy water sports, golf courses, tennis, paddleboarding, swimming pools, and equestrian centers. You are near historic and picturesque sites: 40 km from Mont Saint-Michel and 15 km from Dinan (medieval town).
