Welcome to Tremezzo, a spacious and elegant beachside home nestled in the heart of Central Beach, Plettenberg Bay. Tremezzo offers refined comfort just steps from the sand.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this beautifully designed residence features five stylish en-suite bedrooms, each with either a king-size bed or twin singles. The expansive 735m² interior includes two fully equipped kitchens, generous open-plan living and dining areas, indoor fireplaces, and a games room for family fun with table tennis.

Thoughtful amenities include ceiling fans, Rinnai gas heaters, hairdryers in each room, a dedicated workspace, full laundry facilities, and modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, DSTV, a gas braai, and an inverter with batteries for backup power. Starter kits with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and toiletries are provided for your comfort.

Step through a private gate for direct beach access, with swimming towels ready for your use.

Tremezzo sits just behind The Old Rectory Hotel, Restaurant and Spa, a renowned 5-star destination on Bull Street. While The Bungalow, situated right off the sands of Hobie Beach, with sweeping sea and sunset views from its dining decks and bar is very close by. Tremezzo enjoys a central spot with unbeatable proximity to Wedge Beach while maintaining privacy and space.

Whether you're planning a family getaway or a peaceful retreat by the ocean, Tremezzo blends relaxed luxury with one of Plettenberg Bay’s most iconic coastal settings.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire main house at Tremezzo, including all five en-suite bedrooms, multiple living and dining areas, fully equipped upstairs and downstairs kitchens, a games room, and laundry facilities.

Enjoy the indoor fireplaces, the gas braai patio, and several comfortable lounge spaces. Guests may also use the designated work area, books and games, table tennis, sea kayaks, outdoor clotheslines, and covered drying racks.

The beach is easily accessible via a private gate, as well as a charming seating area perched amongst the trees, and parking is available on site. Guests are welcome to make use of all amenities listed, with the exception of locked storage or supply cupboards reserved for management use.
Other things to note
Please note that no matriculant or rage festival bookings are allowed under any circumstances. This is a peaceful home intended for families, friends, and respectful holidaymakers. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

We welcome pets by prior arrangement only, so please contact us in advance if you'd like to bring one along. For your convenience, a starter kit is provided on arrival, which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, body wash, hand wash, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are expected to top up these items during their stay.

The house is equipped with an inverter and batteries to support essential appliances during power outages, though high-consumption devices may be limited during extended load shedding periods. Guests are kindly asked to arm the alarm system at night and when out for the day for safety and peace of mind.

Beach access is available via a secure private gate, and a gas Weber braai is located on the downstairs patio for outdoor cooking and socializing.
