Little Lincoln – Your Coastal Retreat in Plettenberg Bay

Welcome to Little Lincoln, a bright and welcoming seaside apartment located in the secure Marine View Complex on Marine Drive, Plettenberg Bay. This charming space is ideal for families or small groups, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably in spacious rooms.

The apartment offers two bedrooms: the main bedroom features a plush King-sized bed and a hairdryer, while the second bedroom includes two comfortable single beds. Both rooms are supplied with quality linen, extra pillows and blankets, and offer ample clothing storage with hangers provided.

There are two bathrooms in the unit, making it conveniently private for families or sharing guests. Fresh bath towels, hand towels, and swimming towels are provided.

The living area is open and cozy, equipped with a Smart TV (DSTV, Netflix, YouTube, and more via guest login), a selection of books and games, and a relaxed dining space. The full kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Bodum coffee press, and all essential cookware and tableware for your stay. A starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and cleaning products is provided on arrival.

Enjoy outdoor meals on the patio, complete with a built-in wood/charcoal braai area. The apartment also includes a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and basic cleaning tools to support longer stays.

Although there is no air conditioning, fans, heaters, or solar backup, the apartment is well-ventilated and located in a quiet complex just a short stroll from the charming town centre and a short 5 minute drive to Plett's spectacular beaches.

WiFi is available (Network: PlettenbergBay | Password: LittleLincoln), and check-in is made easy via lockbox and a secure gate app system.

Please note: pets and matric ‘ragers’ are not permitted. Minimum stay is 2 nights, maximum 30. House rules follow standard community guidelines for noise, parking, and recycling.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open-plan living and dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. The patio with a built-in wood and charcoal braai is also for guests’ exclusive use. In addition to the private spaces, guests are welcome to enjoy the communal swimming pool located within the secure Marine View Complex.

Parking is available within the complex, and access is managed via a gate app accessible by contacting the host. A remote will be supplied with the keys for added convenience. While the apartment is part of a shared complex, the interior space and private patio are exclusively for guest use, with the swimming pool shared among residents.
Other things to note
Please note that the complex has a recycling system in place. A recycling bin is located outside the back door and services the four units in the block. Guests are asked to dispose of clean plastic, paper, tin, and glass items in this bin. Regular household rubbish should be placed in black bin bags and taken to the refuse room at the complex entrance. Collection takes place on Monday mornings.

A shared utility room, also located outside the back door, contains items like a broom, bucket, mop, ironing board, drying rack and the washing machine. This space is shared between all four units, and keys for both the refuse and laundry rooms are provided.

For your safety, please ensure that the complex gate closes fully when entering and exiting. The entrance is monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7. Parking is only permitted in clearly marked bays—please avoid parking in front of garages or units.

Beach and pool towels are provided. Guests are kindly asked not to remove the white towels from the unit, as these are for indoor use only.
