This luxury double storey home, with off-street Carport, comprises a light airy Lounge with folding doors opening onto the Covered Patio overlooking the swimming pool. Further Ground Floor Accommodation comprises a Dining Room with fireplace, TV Room, Guest Toilet, Kitchen with fitted appliances leading onto an open Patio for outdoor dining during inclement weather, separate Laundry fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and separate drier. A double Bedroom en suite completes the Ground Floor accommodation.
The generous staircase leads from the Lounge to three further Bedrooms with the generous Master Bedroom is on suite and has patio doors lead onto a sea-facing balcony. One further en suite is offered off one of the two other Bedrooms. A Family Bathroom completes the first floor layout.
