This spacious home sleeps 8 guests comfortably but can accommodate up to 12 people at an additional cost per person. The space

Cozy Dozy Beach House is a spacious self-catering home in Plettenberg Bay, located within walking distance of Robberg 5 Beach. The property comfortably accommodates 8 guests but can host up to 12 at an additional cost per person, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a coastal escape.

The house offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1, with pool and garden view, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower-over-bath, toilet, and basin. Bedrooms 2 and 3 overlook the pool and each have 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin. Bedroom 4, at the back of the house, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin. Bedrooms 5 and 6 face the courtyard, each with a queen-size bed and private toilet and basin, sharing a bathroom with bath, shower, and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso coffee machine. The open-plan living area includes a dining table and lounge with an Android TV box for guests’ own DStv or Netflix accounts. Wi-Fi is available. A gas heater warms the lounge, and fans are provided in bedrooms.

The outdoor area features a generous patio and built-in braai. Parking and gate remotes are supplied. Linen, bath and swimming towels, soap, and hand wash are provided.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor braai area. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, and clothes line. Free Wi-Fi and the Android TV box are available for use with personal streaming accounts. Parking and gate remotes are provided. Please respect all spaces as this is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.

This is a peaceful area with wonderful neighbours—please keep noise levels down and treat the house with care.

No pets unless arranged in advance.
Rage bookings are accepted with parental consent and deposit.
Bring your own streaming logins for DStv/Netflix.
The alarm system must be armed for insurance purposes.
