Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The beach and town centre are within walking distance.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) that can be separated into two single beds (on request).
- In the living room, a bench seat with a pull-out bed (2*80cm*200cm / more suitable for children)
- A bathroom with shower/bath and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Parking:
You can park your vehicle in the street adjacent to the accommodation. A private outdoor parking space is also available, located in a street below the apartment. You will then need to climb a few steps to access the accommodation.
