Unfortunately, we had the worst accommodation experience of our lives. The house was incredibly dirty, with spider webs everywhere. There was a strong smell of dust and dampness throughout the house. Spiders even hung from the ceiling while we were sleeping. No surface seemed to have been cleaned; the beds were covered in dust. We had to wash the blankets ourselves at the laundry, which unfortunately caused allergic reactions. We informed the host about the situation, but he claimed it was normal because the house is old. He also mentioned that the beds had been washed two weeks ago, though in my opinion it had been longer. After arriving, we couldn’t arrange alternative accommodation, and we couldn’t use the upstairs at all due to the smell and dust. Being surrounded by spiders and dust, itchy skin, and dirty beds made this a truly horrible experience. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

Belle région, maison conforme aux photos mais attention de bien lire l’annonce je ne m’étais pas aperçue qu’elle était coincée entre deux routes très fréquentées. Mais l’environnement a un peu fait oublier cette petite surprise.

Ferienhaus in Alleinlage auf dem Land - man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber für einen Urlaub ausreichend. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

L'extérieur de la maison est très joli, les grands arbres et le grand verger donne l'impression d'être dans une forêt. Malheureusement l'herbe trop haute à rendu son accès difficile jusqu'à la tonte la veille de notre départ et le bruit de la route départementale est très présent à l'arrière de la maison. A l'intérieur aussi les pièces sont très grandes. Les photos sont représentatives du caractère ancien et rustique du mobilier et de la décoration. Ce qu'elles ne montrent pas ce sont : l'aspect "Garage" de la cuisine avec les murs de parpaings brut et surtout la chaudière à fuel dissimulée derrière un paravent avec sa citerne dans un placard. Au niveau de l'équipement, la vaisselle est largement suffisante, il y a une cuisinière à gaz, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Il ne manque que l'indispensable micro-ondes. La chambre du rez de chaussée est très spacieuse et équipée d'une salle de bain. le matelas est récent mais le sommier tapissier s'enfonce au milieu. A l'étage la chambre est aussi très spacieuse mais la moquette qui a plusieurs dizaines d'années en interdit l'accès aux personnes sensibles à la poussière ou aux acariens. En résumé, l'atout de la location c'est l'espace, mais par rapport aux locations habituelles sur Abritel ou d'autres sites concurrents, les prestations ne sont pas en rapport avec le prix trop élevé. (644,50€ /1 semaine en aout).

Propriété située au milieu de nulle part

Maison ancienne dans un très beau jardin, mais difficile à trouver, nous avons cherché une boîte aux lettres où se trouvait la clé, mais qui est en fait une espèce de petit coffre noir accroché à la porte d'entrée. Mais le propriétaire a été très disponible et nous a aidées.

au calme dans une maison traditionnelle

cette maison bretonne a le charme des demeures authentiques. l'aménagement est de bonne qualité, la cuisine est complète avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge ; la cuisinière tout gaz devrait être remplacée sous peu pour un modèle plus moderne. salle d'eau correcte. les chambres aménagées avec des meubles rustiques sont simples mais confortables. l'ensemble est particulièrement propre. bien que proche de la départementale la maison est très calme. le grand jardin situé derrière la maison permet de jouir d'un espace privé.
