The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of the idyllic village of Quetzin, which is 2 km from the center of the resort of Plau am See. A rowing / motor boat can be rented to the house for a fee. The house was completely renovated in winter 2017/18 and offers a living space of approx. 65 sqm. and a directly adjoining, partially covered terrace of approx. 50 sqm, with seating and reclining furniture, an ideal place to relax. The modern and tastefully furnished rooms all have electric underfloor heating under the tiled floor. For your self-catering, a dishwasher, an induction cooker with an oven, a microwave, two refrigerators (the second on the terrace), a coffee machine, a coffee machine and a toaster. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs and is integrated into the living room, which is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen satellite TV.
