Fantastic, outstanding place! Super clean, comfortable, nice, quiet, very friendly and so kind hosts (husband and wife), excellent breakfast with tasty homemade sweets, freshly made exquisite coffee, wonderful location near lake, stable Wi-Fi, the most pleasant stay one could only imagine, astonishing experience! Wunderbares Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Restaurant

Hier trifft man auf grossartige Gastgeber, in einem gemütlichen Hotel. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, sehr sauber und haben bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten.

Sehr schönes, neues und ruhig gelegenes Hotel! Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Empfang. Da die Zimmer ohne TV sind, wurde kurzerhand für alle EM Frauenfussball intressierten Gäste eine Grossleinwand aufgestellt. Das Gastgeberpaar tut alles, damit sich der Gast wohlfühlt, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Das servierte Frühstück war sehr lecker, frisch und regional. Das liebevoll zubereitete, excellente Nachtessen kann man im schönen Garten einnehmen. Das Angebot ist allerdings eher extravagant und dadurch auch sehr teuer! Es wäre schön, wenn man die Speisekarte um ein paar einfachere, weniger teure Gerichte erweitern würde.

This was our second visit to the Hotel de L’Ours. Great location with many hike options in the surroundings. Marcelo did an amazing job showing us the different activities and highlights of the region. Every morning we were served a fresh amazing breakfast with many local products. This time we had dinner at the restaurant and the experience was very positive. Food was tasty and looked fantastic. Hotel in general and the room were spotless. The architecture and decoration are tasteful and the gardens well taken care of. The stuff is helpful and friendly and the owners are totally kind and made us feel like at home. For sure not our last visit to the hotel. Can highly recommend it.
