Family Farms Cabin 6 — your cozy countryside hideaway just 45 minutes from the city and a short drive to the Texas Renaissance Festival. Ideal for a peaceful weekend away, a quiet solo trip, or a simple stay with friends or family.

A shared bathroom is located just outside of the cabin, in-between Cabins 5–6. Clean, well-kept, and available to all guests in this section of the property.

Family reunion at Renaissance Festival

We really enjoyed our stay. Getting up to seeing the ducks on the pond, and no worries during our stay. We will be back next year. All of us agree it is rustic but is 100% above the rowdy, crazy rustic at TRF.

The area was gorgeous and the cottages were set up really cute and quaint! Very friendly and accommodating staff. The road to the cottages could use some work, and should be driven with mindfulness. Just to be clear; this is a rural and homely experience on a farm. A place to hang your hat and enjoy the calm & quiet of the small lakeside. If you're expecting an immaculately fanciful, super high class 5 star hotel, you should seek elsewhere. We absolutely loved our stay here and worked out wonderfully going to and from TRF, It felt like a well kept secret that won't remain secret for long! We will certainly be back!

Not as advertised! Shares outhouse isn't a bathroom!!

Arrived after 9. It was too dark to see where to go. No road. Cars will bottom out! A shared outhouse is what they are showing as a bathroom! Had to leave early because this place is not safe for 2 females traveling alone
