The cottage is on the same property as the owners and overlooks the back of a building materials store, while being close to tourist sites. This small, characterful town, a certified mountain bike resort, offers 200 km of marked trails. Its vast lake (70 hectares) and numerous rivers will delight fishing enthusiasts. Dinard, Saint-Lunaire, and Saint-Briac, seaside resorts with Belle Époque charm, offer promenades, villas, golf courses, and casinos. Saint-Malo, a corsair town surrounded by ramparts, charms with its rich maritime heritage.
