Very nice swimming pool ( 11x5m), quiet and lovely surroundings, petanque strip.
Main house includes on the ground floor 1 suite queensize bedroom with shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms sharing an other shower room and toilet, on the first floor, a wonderful master bedroom including bath shower,toilet and a large dressing room.
On the ground floor is also located a functional kitchen, living room, furnished summer living/dining area, terrace with a view on the pool area and olive grove.
