About Sure Hotel

A very real warm welcome from “Kevin” the receptionist, he was a very good helper even help my friend and l to choose something to eat around Plaisir. He deserves a bonus for doing a very good job very friendly.

Exceptionally clean but basic

Room was exceptional clean. Breakfast was great. We stayed during a very hot spell and could of benefitted from air con in the room! Apart from the lack of air con it was pleasant enough. No evening meal is available but that was fine for us, great restaurants were within a short drive.

Excellent Value for money

We used this as an overnight stopover and were more than satisfied with the room. Reasonably sized for the price, very nice bathroom, comfy beds, good bedding and all the usual extras. We were a little disappointed to find the restaurant closed as it looked quite attractive but there are 3 restaurants to choose from within a few minutes drive. This is the 2nd Kyriad we have stayed in and will continue to use them. Excellently priced no frills hotel.

 j’ai du dĂ©barrasser moi-mĂȘme une place 
 la personne a l’accueil n’a absolument pas bougĂ© sauf quand nous avons demandĂ© des tasses, des plateaux, du pain etc 
 franchement pour le petit dej si vous pouvez l’éviter 
 la salle de bain : un froid polaire. Et enfin trouver l’hĂŽtel quand vous arrivez Ă  19h est un miracle : aucun Ă©clairage, aucune indication, rien 
 il y a beaucoup de points d’amĂ©lioration Ă  travailler

Je ne reviendrai pas. La lumiĂšre clignotante du sas d'entrĂ©e donne le ton. Pour la faire courte car le dĂ©tail ne passe pas ici : pas de chauffage dans ma chambre Ă  la mi-novembre, problĂšme pourtant connu puisque le tableau est disjonctĂ©. Pas de changement possible avant le 3e soir. Dans la 1ere chambre : socle de bouilloire mais pas de bouilloire, boĂźte Ă  mouchoirs mais vide, canette de biĂšre restĂ©e Ă  la porte du jardin. Dans la 2e chambre : propretĂ© plus que limite, miroir de sdb arrachĂ©. Pas de geste commercial proposĂ© spontanĂ©ment : une/des boissons chaudes auraient dĂ» ĂȘtre le minimum. Seul point positif : un des Mr qui reconnaĂźt les problĂšmes, s'en excuse et me propose un radiateur soufflant.

HĂŽtel trĂšs bien placĂ© malheureusement aucune explication lors de la prise de la chambre sur par exemple les horaires pour le petit dĂ©jeuner. Seule remarque Ă  laquelle j’ai eu le droit fut mon arrivĂ©e en avance sur l’horaire prĂ©vu. Je me suis retrouvĂ©e dans une chambre avec du cafĂ© et des petits gĂąteaux mais aucune bouilloire et aucun verre pour en profiter. La chambre n’avait donc pas Ă©tĂ© vĂ©rifiĂ©e en amont. La salle de bain avait de la moisissure au plafond et l’odeur Ă©tait dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Je me suis retrouvĂ©e dans une chambre prĂ©vue Ă  la base pour des personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite donc les wc Ă©tait trĂšs haut la glace pour se maquiller trĂšs basse. Si j’avais trop d’avance j’aurai prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© qu’on me fasse patienter mais qu’on me propose une chambre adaptĂ©e. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait bon mais il n’y avait pas trop de choix cependant au vu du prix il est en accord.

les chambres étaient froide, le chauffage ne marchait pas. Il faisait 15°c dans la chambre et en prime il manquait un morceau à la porte de ma chambre qui laissé passer l'air froid.
