Welcome to Cape Haze Resort. A private gated communuity located in Placida, Florida. This beautiful, tropical complex is a peaceful place to unwind and get away from those chilly winters. The lovely 2 bed 2 bath unit overlooks The Amberjack Nature Preserve. Take your morning coffee out to the screened porch and enjoy the Florida wildlife. The accommodations are clean and comfortable with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower in the master suite. The unit also offers inside laundry. The resort has a large community pool with a heated spa. There is also a fitness room, tennis courts, bocci ball, community grills, putting green and pickle ball courts. Located close to restaurants and the amazing Gulf of Mexico. Come and relax. Monthly rentals only please.
