Newly renovated apartment with sea view, 90 square meters plus 40 square meters of terrace. It is located in the enchanting historic center of Pizzo (VV), a stone's throw from Piazza Della Repubblica, also famous for the bars where the delicious truffle ice cream is served. The house consists of a living room / kitchen; from two bedrooms; one of which has an en-suite bathroom; two wc and a beautiful and large terrace with sea view. Excellent quality materials have been used for the renovation, such as: the hand-made glass mosaic inserts of the Trend company in the coatings of the toilets; the large porcelain stoneware floor with a faux wood finish. The floors are partly made of ancient chestnut wood; and partly in laminated wood painted white. The walls were partly left in exposed stone. Next to it there is a large and new public car park (papa parking), where you can easily park your car. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants and the famous beach of Seggiola.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Fantastic location in walking distance to centre, beaches and shops, super easy and convenient parking! Mr. Pino was a great host and I highly recommend his beautiful, recently completely remodeled apartment.
