Overall…you decide.
This is a building with multiple units in it, overall it served a purpose. However, the square footage of the room would be beneficial as it is very small.
The shared bath is shared amongst multiple units and the hot water heater doesnt seem up to par as you will run out of hot water. The room appear clean. The neighborhood did feel safe which was nice.
You are charged a cleaning fee and then left with a detailed list from the host on what to do when checking out.
If your a bigger person you may want to consider another unit... 180lb individual had to put foot in shower while sitting on toilet because it's such a tight space..
The sofa bed did seem new which was thoughtful, however you can feel every bar running through it.
I would make sure you being your own water because there is no water filter on the tap or in the fridge.
It hall way and stairs smells like weed and airfreshners if that's your thing. Unless the down stairs unit is cooking then it smells delicious.
