Private 2nd and 3rd floor apartment in the family friendly Brookline neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Ten minute drive to downtown and Strip District, fifteen minute drive to hospitals, Universities, stadiums. Bus stop one block and T-station one mile away. One bedroom with King size bed, one with Queen bed and futon, and a third bed in the downstairs seating room where oversized chair folds out. The peaceful front porch is a great place to watch the sun set and the relaxing back yard has multiple perennial gardens perfect for making your own cut flower bouquet. One off street parking spot, free street parking surrounding, and access to washer and dryer in the basement.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The apartment also includes a washing machine.
