Welcome home! We`re centrally located in Lawrenceville, just five city blocks from bustling Butler Street. Consistently named among the top hipster neighborhoods in the U.S., Lawrenceville is a historic neighborhood that has reinvented itself into a boho city center with a hyper-creative energy and an edgy nightlife. Our place is specifically set up for longer-term stays, but short-term stays are welcome.

Our first-floor unit features one bed/one bath with nature-inspired pops of color wallpaper. Multiple TVs, an extra-lush king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty more to make your stay comfortable.

And, we`re a short 10-minute Uber to Acrisure and PPG Stadium!

Arsenal Bowl—An upstairs bowling alley with late-night specials such as live music, DJs, drink specials, and more.
Thunderbird Cafe—An intimate music venue in the heart of Lawrenceville. One of our favorites for shows!
Redfishbowl—A local artist space in Lawrenceville that is open periodically for shows with art for sale.
Row House Cinemas—An independent movie theater focusing on indie films and themed movie runs.
Arsenal Park—A small park in the heart of Lawrenceville with fairly significant history to Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania as outlined in the history section of this guide.

We don`t have a dishwasher here, but we do have a spacious sink!
As a friendly reminder, this is a duplex with private entrances—while you won`t have any interactions with our other guests, please be respectful with noise levels late at night.
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!
