VILLA SAN SIMONE - APARTMENT ABSIDE

With a passionate restoration work and the installation of systems and advanced technologies, Villa San Simone has been transformed into "Residenza d'epoca", composed of five apartments and two suites, equipped with every comfort and characterized by different furnishing solutions in whose period furniture and famous design objects dialogue with great refinement.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, independent air conditioning, unlimited WI-FI and elevator. A laundry with ironing facilities is available to guests.
On request you can order breakfast, served in your room or in the magnificent garden. It can be the typical Italian one, based on homemade cakes and jams from Lidia or savory quality, with fresh ingredients purchased from the best producers in the area (bread with mother yeast, eggs, milk, pecorino cheese, ham, ricotta, yoghurt , fresh fruit).
Guests of Villa San Simone have access to a large garden equipped with tables, armchairs, chaise longue, hammock, barbecue, table tennis.

Housed in the Romanesque church of San Simone (year 1000), it still preserves the stone arch of the apse and a single window.
Located on the first floor of the Villa, the apartment overlooks the city and the large garden.
Composed of two large double bedrooms and a living room / kitchen, the Apse can accommodate up to 6 people. Each room has its own "en suite" bathroom with a shower.
The elegant living room / lounge has a fully equipped kitchen where you can place a sixth bed.
The furniture is of vintage and design, the terracotta floors, the ceilings with exposed beams, and some walls are finely decorated with murals of the beginning of the century.
Among the designer furnishings: sanitary fittings by Philippe Stark, Rolf Heide sofa, illuminations by Venini, Joe Colombo, A. and Pg. Castiglioni.
