Charming 3-Bedroom Architect's Cottage with Private Garden and Parking in Pissotte

Architect-designed gîte designed for 6 people, vertically adjoining the owner's second home. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living space with living room (decorative fireplace)/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and its bathroom with WC. Upstairs, you will find the landing with its library, 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed) (2 80 cm twin beds) with their bathroom, a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a 46m² garden. The exterior development is in progress. A laundry room is available in a building annexed to the gîte. The property is completely enclosed and has private parking. All-inclusive price: cleaning, sheets, towels, heating.
There is no television in the accommodation. Games and books available.
Animals: only dogs are accepted.
