- Parking is limited to one space per suite, and a parking pass must be displayed. Limited boat, RV, and trailer parking is available on the street.
- Hot tub hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. No children under the age of six are allowed in the hot tub. There are no lifeguards. Please see posted pool signage for more information.
- Wi-Fi is available for an additional daily charge. Please contact the front desk for current pricing and assistance with activation.

Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
