This lovely condo is just steps to the beach. 

We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will
have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.

Property sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the master bedroom,  1 queen bed in the second bedroom & a twin trundle bed in living room.   Each bedroom along with the living room has a balcony with amazing ocean views.  Kitchen is fully equipped.  2 car garage. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & the Pismo Beach Pier.  Fireplace, Wi-Fi and use of copier/fax machine. NO BBQs/NO PETS /NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES/NO EXCEPTIONS! *THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THIS UNIT

Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.


LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.

NOTE: No early check-in or late check outs from May 20th - September 3rd.

Loved this place and the location! The views of the ocean and sand dunes are unbelievable. Loved how light and bright this place was with the high ceilings and huge windows. Perfect place to stay for our son's graduation.

Nice views & great beach location

A large condo with lots of windows, light & a view of the ocean. It is just a few steps away from the beach. The downside is that it also looks over a large public parking lot that is cleaned very early every morning. This is not a problem if you are a sound sleeper. There is a pricey enough cleaning fee and management fee yet you are required to strip the beds before leaving. This bothered me. I wouldn't call it a bargain but it is a pleasant beach condo.

Lovely graduation trip!

Our family stayed here for our daughters graduation from cal poly. The location was fabulous, amenities fabulous, and communication with manager amazing when there was a small issue with garage. The small issue was fixed immediately! Thanks for such a great place!

Million Dollar View!

You can't beat the view from the large windows in every room. You can see a long way up the beach and the sunset view is also incredible. Rooms were large and comfortable and the nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed as did bathrooms, do bring your own shampoo and blow dryer. 2 car garage with all sorts of sand toys and beach chairs. As mentioned in other reviews, you are over a parking lot and will hear the loud garbage trucks/parking lot sweeping vehicles at 6am every morning but that would not deter me from booking here again as the pros outweighed that inconvenience. Property management was very responsive when we asked for a second set of keys and dropped them off very quickly.

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay. Very well decorated and comfortable. This home sites our needs for a place to celebrate our son’s graduation from Cal Ploy as a Machanicail Engineer. We also met his girlfriends parents for the first time at a dinner in the house. It was a very comfortable setting for our meeting and celebration.

Not bad for being in a parking lot

nice big space; cheap accommodations including beds, bedding and furniture. nice to have a 2 car garage below. the noise level in the morning was incredibly loud with streetsweeper for parking lot starting at 6a followed by trash trucks with lots of noise and beeping. cheap window treatments as well which let in a lot of light in morning as soon as sun came up. very convenient location though for beach and town and watching the parking lot action on 4th of July was very entertaining.

Condo was beautiful but cleaning fee excessive

The condo is very well cared for and very comfortable. The furniture is clean, the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment, the bedrooms spacious and the bathrooms large. It is located right on the beach just south of the pier. The living room windows have a panoramic view of the ocean and the bedrooms have small balconies where you can easily see the beach and water. It is about a 15 second walk to the sand. I stayed with my wife and three kids and it was a perfect space for us to relax. Also, we had a ton of surfboards and they had a very convenient and spacious garage where we could store them. My lower star is for the excessive fees paid for cleaning. We stayed for two nights. I'm sure there's some sand in the carpet and the linens needed to be done but they were charging $$$$ for a 1000sf apartment that probably takes about two hours to really scrub down. For a two night stay that made the total fee approximately double per night when you also include local taxes and the VRBO fees. That's a far jump from the originally advertised price.
