Frustrante! Problemas de abastecimiento de agua

El hotel ha perdido el brillo y categoría que alguna vez posiblemente tuvo, hace décadas. El mantenimiento es básico, y claramente necesita una enorme inversión para renovar su mobiliario, adecuar las habitaciones y espacios comunes, y crear comodidades y servicios. En mi habitación sale un hilo de agua en la ducha, y a pesar de reclamar inmediatamente, nunca lo repararon. De día y de noche y en todo horario. Tuve que pedir un recipiente para juntar agua y bañarnos "a tarrito". La atención es excelente, muy amable y servicial. La higiene muy buena. La ubicación bárbara. El desayuno adecuado al precio. Y juegos de mesa para la familia, algo desvencijados, pero disfrutables aún. Esto mitiga en parte la mala experiencia, pero no es suficiente cuando existen problemas estructurales y tan marcados como el abastecimiento de agua. Espero que puedan resolverlo, invertir fuerte en la renovación, y volver a brillar. Hasta tanto eso no ocurra, no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Pésimo, caro,personal grosero, peligroso y lejos

Bien, aquí tienes los más importantes destacados por qué ni yo ni mi madre nos alojamos mas que 1 noche en el lugar: 1. - Nos tomó 20 minutos que alguien nos atendiera en la recepcion. me pidieron fuera a sacar una copia de mi pasaporte porque no tenían ( esto en el centro a 40 cuadras de donde están en medio de la nada) 2. - La primera habitación que nos dieron estaba mal, sucia y el colchón parecía como si alguien había orinado, así que nos cambiaron. (Por cierto, la señora de la limpieza era muy servicial y amable). 3. - Luego, cuando llegué a la nueva habitación había unos cables que eran peligrosos ya que estaban viejos, oxidados y cerca de agua( boiler en el baño) 4. - el control de tv estaba roto y con cinta adhesiva a manera tapa (sin tapa). 5. - recepcionista y el gerente groseros y no dieron ningún tipo de asistencia. 8. - Conexión a internet está a disposición en el vestíbulo y falla mucho. 9.-me indicaron que podía dejar y que devolverian mi dinero, solo use 1 de 3 noches y ahora se niegan y envían correos insultantes y aseguran no reembolsaran nada. 10.- Esta lejos de todo, ir y venir al centro donde está la vida turistica cuesta 7 dls por ride.

Hotel viejo... Poco mantenimiento.. Por menor precio en el centro dw la cuidad encontras mejores, con aire acondicionado, frigobar y más.. Una pena que en mi primer experiencia me sienta tan defraudada... Espero no se repita...

El hotel esta ubicado en un lugar bellisimo frente al mar, la atención del personal es muy cordial y servicial, el único problema fue que el agua de la ducha no estaba caliente.

Lindo hotel y cerca de la playa

Muy lindo hotel. Lo unico malo que tiene es que esta a unas 15 cuadras del centro de Piriapolis, pero lo bueno es que está en frente al mar. Simple, lindo, y barato. Para recomendar.

Gute Lage aber leider sehr herunter gekommen.

Kleine Zimmer, die sehr abgewohnt und Renovierungsbedürftig waren. WiFi geht nur im Aufenthaltsraum. Dürftigen Frühstück und schwerfälliger Service. Gute Lage, direkt am Meer und ruhig.
