Le Clos du Ravy is a detached cottage located in the charming village of Piriac, in the peaceful setting of a typical village, 800 meters from the sea and 300 meters from a water park. It features a 250 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers (private parking).
Ground floor: living/dining room (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed) and open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC, utility room with shower room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 2 single beds 90x190 cm) and shower room/WC.
Amenities included: radio/CD player, DVD player, full baby equipment, internet/Wi-Fi access.
Included: electricity.
