Le Clos de Kervin is a renovated traditional semi-detached house, located in the small typical village of Kervin in Piriac sur Mer, in a quiet and relaxing place, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from shops and 12 km from Guérande.
2 enclosed courtyards: 1 of 45 m² (South) + 1 of 17 m² (North), with parking possibility. Adjoining outbuilding with washing machine.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open fitted kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 80x190 beds + 80x190 extra bed for child).
Additional equipment: freezer, baby chair/bath, stereo, DVD player.
Included: wood.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels and tourist tax.
Small pets accepted (on request) deposit 100 €.
