You are a large family and wish to go on holiday all together, or with friends? Come and stay in this lovely house, spacious and bright, which can accommodate up to 12 people, 8 adults maximum.

You will be able to enjoy a large garden and a sunny terrace with its gas barbecue for your outdoor meals. You will be charmed by its large rooms, decorated with taste and designed for your comfort.

Enjoy an exceptional location in the heart of Piriac, where everything is accessible on foot or by bike: shops, port and local entertainment. This house offers you the chance to fully experience the authentic atmosphere of the village, with the possibility of renting bikes on site to explore the surroundings in complete freedom.

You will also benefit from its proximity to the beaches, the first one being only 850 metres from the house: ideal for cooling off at any time of day.

Village of Piriac, in a calm environment, within walking distance of shops and the port (bike rental nearby).



In this house, you will find a large main living area with a lounge, a sofa, a television and direct access to the garden thanks to large bay windows offering a beautiful view of the outside. Just behind, you will find the dining table and open-plan kitchen.

Fully equipped, the kitchen includes everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster.

Still on the ground floor, you will have access to the first two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the second with a King Size bed (180/200). You will also find two bathrooms as well as a separate toilet.



On the upper floor, you will discover a third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a fourth bedroom with two single beds (90x190), as well as another bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190).

A third and final bathroom is also accessible on this floor.

For added comfort, the house has a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.



To park, there are 2 private parking spaces in the house courtyard. Free parking is available 300m away.

The accommodation does not have a socket specifically designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
