O hotel tem como principal ponto positivo a localização no centro histórico de Pirenópolis, permitindo fazer tudo a pé, com fácil acesso a restaurantes e atrações. Em contrapartida, não há estacionamento e, por estar em uma área movimentada, pode haver barulho, já que os quartos ficam voltados para a rua. O quarto é bonito e bem decorado, mas pouco funcional. Não há armário, a lixeira do banheiro é muito pequena e manual, e não existe uma lixeira adequada no quarto. O banheiro apresentou cheiro desagradável e não possui janela no espaço do sanitário. O chuveiro fica em área separada e conta com uma pequena janela, o que ajuda na ventilação. Durante a estadia, a descarga estava quebrada e não foi consertada, sendo necessário improvisar o uso, o que causou bastante incômodo. O atendimento é feito exclusivamente por WhatsApp; apesar da cordialidade, senti falta de uma recepção física para resolver problemas práticos com mais rapidez. A internet funciona bem apenas nas áreas comuns, sendo fraca no quarto. O café da manhã foi uma surpresa positiva: é recente, muito bom e com atendimento atencioso. A roupa de cama também é de boa qualidade. Em síntese, é um hotel charmoso e bem localizado, mas que ainda precisa de melhorias na manutenção e na funcionalidade para oferecer uma experiência mais confortável.
