Um pesadelo

Pagamos diárias por 3 dias com a expectativa de um lugar lindo, tranquilo e principalmente PETFRIENDLY. No sábado, assim que chegamos, fomos à tão famosa cachoeira das Araras, mas o local estava LOTADO em razão da venda descontrolada de DAY USE. Música extremamente alta nossos pets foram proibidos de entrar na cachoeira. Não sendo suficiente, sábado no jantar, na varanda do restaurante da pousada, fomos abordados AGRESSIVAMENTE pela dona da pousada, informando que nossos cachorros não eram bem-vindos na pousada. Fomos agredidos verbalmente e fisicamente. Acabamos indo embora antes do contratado, após humilhações e agressões, que agora são objeto de um boletim de ocorrência na delegacia. Propaganda enganosa resume este local. Não são petfrienfly, não estão preparados para receber sequer seres humanos. Não aconselho e nem recomendo. Um sonho que virou pesadelo.

Hotel aconchegante e tranquilo

As acomodações são novas, bem espaçosas e de qualidade. Adoramos a infraestrutura do hotel. A estrada de acesso é um pouco ruim, mas são apenas 2km de terra. Falta uma plaquinha de sinalização nas curvas. Os quartos são excelentes. Adoramos a banheira de hidromassagem e todo o espaço disponível. O acesso à cachoeira é muito fácil e todo com calçamento, tem corrrimão nos pontos necessários. Não fomos na cachoeira exclusiva do hotel. Um ponto a melhorar são as opções de comida e vinho. Apesar disso, fomos muito bem servidos e os funcionários foram ótimos. Vi algumas avaliações negativas sobre isso, não condiz com o atendimento que recebemos. Pretendemos voltar em breve. Excelente opção para um descanso próximo a Brasília. Você estaciona o carro e descansa em meio à natureza.

Estrutura boa, comida ruim pelo preço

A estrutura da pousada é boa. É grande, pode levar seu pet, a piscina é boa, mas senti falta de uma limpeza melhor, a comida infelizmente deixa a desejar pelo preço (não importo de pagar caro, desde que a comida seja boa), café da manhã bem fraco (não tinha muita variedade, nem ofereciam pão de forma integral). O almoço na cachoeira araras é péssimo, por 80 reais o kg. Enfim, precisa de uma gerência melhor e um cardápio mais bem montado (o hamburger parece x-salada de pit dog, nem molho artesanal tem). Espero que melhorem, pq a estrutura e tamanho é boa.

Pontos positivos e negativos

Eu não entendi porque nomeiam de Resort. Trata-se de uma pousada. O lugar é muito bonito (natureza e instalações), no entanto é afastado da cidade (17km), com 2km de estrada de chão, que em época de chuva não é muito aconselhável. Estranhei que itens como ovos mexidos, omelete, cuscuz, tapioca que são servidos em qualquer hotel/pousada sejam cobrados à parte no café da manhã, quando você já pagou um tarifa de resort. As opções de lazer se limitam à piscina (muito boa), uma pequena sala de jogos e a cachoeira. Como fomos em época de chuva a água da cachoeira estava muito turva e ela tem muitas pedras (nenhuma parte de areia), se tornando perigosa para crianças e idosos. Na divulgação falavam em passeio a cavalo e não havia esta opção. Um funcionário me disse que era porque a égua tinha parido e outro que era porque estavam treinando um cavalo, mas ele se machucou. A comida do restaurante é muito boa, mas os preços são elevados e com poucas opções de lanches. Os chalés são grandes, camas confortáveis, ducha média. Senti falta de um armário ou similar para colocar roupas e de local adequado para estender toalhas para secar. Os funcionários são pessoas da região, o que é muito bom, mas ainda precisam de treinamento (para atendimento, para preparo de drinks, para serem mais corteses). Enfim, achei o custo muito elevado para o que oferece. Voltaria, mas só em período de seca, em baixa temporada, para pagar uma diária mais justa e para passar no máximo dois dias.

O hotel conta com uma parte superior do terreno com chalés novos. Ficamos nos chalés da parte antiga, com estrutura mais simples. Vale ficar na parte nova ,rsrsrs. Cachoeira muito boa pra banho que fica praticamente dentro do Hotel.

A estadia foi razoável. Por se chamar resort está bem longe disso. Banheiro sujo, vaso entupido, porta do chalé difícil de abrir, ar condicionado estalando o tempo todo, Wi-Fi só quando quer funcionar, nenhuma cortesia, tv a cabo não pega quase nada, sem papel higiênico, não fizeram a limpeza diária, janelas sem condições de abrir e copos sujos. Ofurô sujo, só com um jato e meio e sem aquecimento, quiosque da piscina só com música de sofrencia, café da manhã simples demais, sem variedades. A única coisa boa ali foi a cachoeira Renascer.
