O quarto podeira ser mais aconchegante. Tem apenas uma lâmpada no teto, torneira da pia do banheiro é muito baixa para o tipo de cuba.

Hotel anunciado como 3 estrelas, porém não corresponde à categoria informada. Durante a estadia, o quarto apresentou problemas graves de manutenção, higiene e vedação, incluindo: • Mofo intenso no teto do banheiro e no espelho • Infiltrações, umidade excessiva e pintura descascando • Espelho deteriorado, com manchas permanentes • Instalações improvisadas e mal vedadas (tubulações e ralos sem proteção adequada) • Roupa de cama e toalhas em condições inadequadas • Grande quantidade de mosquitos dentro do quarto, dificultando o descanso, especialmente à noite • Estrutura geral simples e mal conservada, incompatível com um hotel 3 estrelas Como ponto positivo, o ar-condicionado funcionava bem. Além disso, foi encontrada uma rã dentro do banheiro, evidenciando falhas graves de vedação e ausência de controle do ambiente, gerando desconforto e sensação de insegurança. A reclamação não se refere à falta de luxo, mas à ausência de conservação, limpeza, controle de pragas e transparência na classificação do hotel. A experiência ficou muito abaixo do anunciado.
