The charming holiday apartment Giannutri is located in Riotorto and overlooks the sea. It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse. The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and an additional sofa bed for 1 child, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator.

The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open from June to September), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The barbecue may only be used with coal and charcoal.

Entspannung pur!

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit großem Pool und sehr gut ausgestatteter Wohnung. Einziges Manko ist die etwas laute Straße, die am Haus vorbeiführt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns gute Tips für Ausflüge u Einkauf gab! Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und die Gegend ist absolut eine Reise wert.
