Weekly room cleaning is available on request and is offered as an extra service. Please be aware that the property does not feature a lift, so access to the apartments requires the use of stairs. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, distributed across a well-organized and luminous interior with comfortable, cosy furnishings throughout. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, equipped with 2 sofabeds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to a large south- and west-facing balcony that offers marvellous views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The balcony is furnished for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. The 1 double bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a restful and private sleeping space. The kitchen is fully functional, featuring a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a freezer, making it well suited for preparing meals during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Please note that the building does not have a lift, and access to the apartment is via the stairs to the 2nd floor.
